Mike Hayzer
After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology, Mike, a New Jersey native, moved to Connecticut to join Combustion Engineering, a leader in the development of both fossil and nuclear steam supply power systems in the U.S.
After several years of working in field testing, project management, and field sales on the East Coast, Mike's journey with C-E brought him to sunny Southern California. He later joined Link and Associates in 1978 and ultimately purchased the company in 1983, leading Link Associates, Inc. to 30+ years of success and counting.
Rebecca Mills
An invaluable resource for Link Associates, Rebecca has been with Link for 31 years running the day-to-day aspects of the company including customer service, parts ordering and entry, parts sales, expediting, internal accounting, and more.
